Technical installations and finishing

Rent and costs for tenant

Lease agreement
A lease will be drawn up based on the ROZ model. The deposit is 2 months rent. The rent will be adjusted annually (from 2022) on 1 July. The maximum rental period is 2 years. Smoking is not allowed. No (contract) costs for the tenant.
