Possibly the space can be divided up to create a second bedroom. There is also a fixed sliding cabinet with the electric meter.

At the rear, the authentic doors open to the balcony orientated on the Southside. There you have a view of the trees in the deep courtyards. Due to its location the balcony has a lot of privacy.

The Overtoomse sluis lies at the border of former areas Oud-West and The Baarsjes. This part of Amsterdam is located just outside Amsterdam Centrum.
