Very spacious and well maintained family house with 5 bedrooms in a child-friendly street in the popular Baron de Coubertin district. The house was built in 1995, has a living space of 149 m2 and a lovely sunny garden on the southwest.

The Zus Braunstraat is located in the residential area surrounded by lots of greenery. A dead end street near a water feature and children's playground with free parking space in front of the door. It is so quiet in this street that the children can still play on the street in front of the door or in the children's playground in front of the house.

The house is centrally located in Amsterdam North. Only 10 minutes by bike to the ferry at Central Station. Or you can reach the final stop of the North-South line in 5 minutes, which will take you to Amsterdam Central in a few minutes. In less than 5 minutes cycling you are at the Boven 't Y shopping center or the Purmerplein with its traditional shops. You can also do your shopping at the Jumbo Foodmarkt. The entrance to the A10 and the IJtunnel is around the corner.

For relaxation and recreation you live close to the North Holland canal and the Noorderpark and you are close to Waterland with many cycling and walking paths and picturesque villages. The development of the increasingly popular North District is still in full swing. There are many nice restaurants and entertainment venues in the vicinity, such as the NDSM site, the Ceuvel, the Goudfazant and the EYE film museum. There are several good primary and secondary schools in the area. In addition, there are plenty of sports options such as Golf Course Waterland, an athletics track, hockey, football and a tennis club. The Noorderparkbad is within walking distance. Just like the Boven IJ hospital.

Entrance / hall with a toilet, the meter cupboard and the stairs to the first floor. The living room is garden-oriented and has sliding doors to the garden on the southwest. The luxurious open kitchen with a cooking island is at the front of the house and has various built-in appliances including a Boretti gas stove and extractor hood, stone worktop and plenty of cupboard space. The ground floor has an oak floor and the walls and ceiling are beautifully plastered.

On the first floor are three spacious bedrooms, one with a deep closet, a spacious light-tiled bathroom with a bath, double sink, shower and the second toilet.

The second floor can be reached by means of a fixed staircase. Here are two spacious bedrooms. The second bedroom has been created by a construction on the roof terrace. This room is almost 12 m2 in size, has a sliding door and a lot of glass. On the landing is a large storage room with the central heating system and the unit for mechanical extraction.

There is a storage room of no less than 9 m2 in front of the house. The garden is on the southwest and has a back entrance.

Amsterdam is the largest Dutch city, the capital of the Netherlands, and the nation's financial, business, cultural and commercial capital as well. Since its founding in the 12th century, Amsterdam has evolved from a small fishing village into one of the most important ports in the world during the Dutch Golden Age. Museums like the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh and the Stedelijk also give Amsterdam serious cultural credibility. Amsterdam's compact size, cycling lifestyle, diverse population (more than 170 nationalities), English-speaking natives, abundance of green space, reliable public transportation system and central location within Europe mean it's not only a great place to visit, but also a great place to live.
